Update 11:20am – A failed Windows Update caused the server to go into a reboot loop. This problem has now been resolved and all services are back up and running as normal.
This morning we were alerted to an issue with one of our Windows servers on the shared hosting platform. This issue is affecting all services hosted on that server (Web, email, databases etc).
An engineer is currently on-site at the datacentre working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
We will update this post as/when more information is available.
